Put a safety Plan in Place
It's important to have a safety plan in place before you need one. We at 365 Self-Defense can help your company, organization, or group put one in place.
Spot & Avoid Danger
The best way to keep you and those you love safe is to know how to spot and avoid danger in the first place. We'll teach you what to look for and how to act appropriately.
Prepare for an Encounter
We can teach you what to do before, during, and after an encounter. We hope that you never have to use what you learn but at least you'll be prepared.
Bring Pat Out for a Training
Schedule a time to bring Pat out to educate, equip, and empower your people. You'll never regret taking the time to protect your people and your organization.

About
Pat grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and spent her childhood playing sports. She went on to earn a track scholarship to Harris Stowe State College in St. Louis, MO and, in 1986, enlisted in the Army where she had the pleasure of serving our country in Operation Desert Shield and Storm. A lifetime of criminal encounters and military service led her to familiarize herself with firearms and self-defense. Since leaving active duty, she followed her academic dreams of earning a Ph.D. and then applied it to her passion for firearms and self-defense through specialized classes, trainings, and certifications.

Philosophy
"Personal protection is our right and our responsibility!" When seconds count, police are minutes away. With over 320 million people in the United States and just over 1 million police officers, it is nearly impossible for them to be there at the exact moment when we need them most. Therefore, it is our responsibility as citizens to obtain the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to protect our loved one’s, defend ourselves, and survive an attack.
